GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5090 Gaming OC 32G integreaza nucleul GB202, acesta fiind dotat cu 21760 shadere, 680 Tensor cores, 170 RT cores si 176 ROPs. Nucleul grafic este produs in litografie 5 nm EUV (TSMC 4N) dezvoltata special de TSMC pentru NVIDIA, adica acelasi proces de fabricatie ca si in cazul generatiei anterioare. In cazul de fata, suprafata chip-ului a crescut de la 608 mm2 la 750 mm2, numarul de tranzistori crescand de asemenea de la 76.3 miliarde la 92.2 miliarde.
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5090 Gaming OC 32G are o frecventa de baza de 2017 MHz si o frecventa boost de 2550 MHz utilizand profilul Performance, cei 32GB de memorie GDDR7 fiind tactati la 1750 MHz. Placa este echipata cu doua profile de BIOS (Performance si Silent) – intre acestea putem comuta cu usurinta utilizand switch-ul dispus pe PCB.
