Interviu

1 – Hi Marian, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. How was Computex 2025 for you?

Thank you for having us, ! Computex 2025 was very energizing. As always, so great to see the industry come together in full force. The big volume of innovation on display, the buzz of face-to-face meetings, and the excitement from both exhibitors and attendees made it a standout event. For Pro Gamers Group, it was an invaluable opportunity to showcase our latest products, have creators create content, connect with partners, and gather direct feedback from customers and hardware experts.

2 – Now this is probably a question you are almost tired of getting asked, but I have to ask it anyway, for our readers. Could you explain what Pro Gamers Group is, and what is the relation to Caseking, Pro Gamersware, etc?

Indeed not uncommon, but of course! Pro Gamers Group is an international, well global, collective of companies and brands. Our portfolio includes well-known shops such as Caseking, Overclockers UK as well as our Pro Gamersware own product brands like noblechairs, ThunderX3, Endgame Gear, Nitro Concepts and many more. Each company and brand has its own unique expertise, but we are united by a shared passion for innovation and quality. Caseking, for example, is a leading distributor and retailer, while Pro Gamersware focuses on developing cutting-edge gaming gear. Together, we cover the entire spectrum – from product development to distribution and retail.

3 – Computex 2025 is now over, and the event was more crowded than it has ever been since before the pandemic. It seems the IT industry is slowly recovering, with people returning to face-to-face meetings. AI was the main theme this year. Do you think AI will become increasingly integrated into our daily lives? How do you use AI in your activities? Do you plan to launch any AI related products?

AI seems to absolutely becoming an integral part of both our industry and daily lives. At Pro Gamers Group, we already leverage AI in several ways – from optimizing our supply chain and inventory management to enhancing customer support and personalizing marketing efforts. Looking ahead, we’re defintitely also exploring AI-driven features in our products, could be smart ergonomics for chairs and AI-powered peripherals for streaming and more. While I can’t reveal too much just yet, you can expect to see some exciting AI-related announcements from us for sure.

4 – You have an imppressive number of brands in your portfolio. How does it feel to balance them constanlty, making sure there are no major overlaps in product lines and so on?

A very good question. It’s both a challenge and a privilege! Each brand under the Pro Gamers Group umbrella has its own distinct identity and target audience or even sales channel(s), which allows us to cater to a wide range of gamers and enthusiasts. Our team works closely to ensure that each brand complements the others rather than competes with them. Regular strategy sessions, market analysis, and open communication are key to maintaining that balance and ensuring our offerings remain unique and relevant.

5 –Besides having your own brands, you are also a major distributor. How did 2025 feel so far for you in terms of volume and value? Do you see an increase or a decrease in the market this year?

2025 has been a year of cautious optimism. We’ve seen a steady increase in both volume and value compared to last year, reflecting the industry’s gradual recovery. Demand for high-quality gaming products remains strong, especially as more people return to in-person events and esports continues to grow. While there are still challenges – such as supply chain fluctuations and economic uncertainties – the overall trend is positive, and we’re optimistic about the second half of the year.

6 – What do you think were the most important new products Pro Gamers Group brands showed at Computex this year and why?

Several products stood out this year, but I’d highlight the HAVN BF360 case series and performance fans with extreme airflow capabilities, the new ThunderX3 gaming desks and ergonomic chairs with integrated smart support, and the latest Endgame Gear mouse line-ups with our own custom sensor and fastest reaction time on the planet. Each of these products addresses a specific need in the market—whether it’s comfort, functionality, or personalization—and showcases our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in gaming gear.

7 – Product wise, noblechairs has always been about high-end gaming chairs, while ThunderX3 focuses more on ergonomic solutions. Yet, at Computex 2025 I was very happy to find Dawn in the noblechairs line-up, which offers much more ergonomic features from my point of view. Is this signaling a change in the noblechairs approach?

That’s a very good observation! With the Dawn series, we wanted to blend the luxury and craftsmanship noblechairs is known for with advanced ergonomic features that today’s gamers and professionals demand. This line of gaming chairs is produced in Italy. It’s not so much a shift in philosophy as it is an evolution – responding to the growing awareness of health and comfort in gaming. We’ll continue to innovate across both brands, but you can expect noblechairs to keep raising the bar in both luxury and ergonomics.

8 – What would you say are the core values that all Pro Gamers Group brands have in common?

Innovation, quality, and service for the customers. We are very much focused on delivering products that not only meet but exceed the expectations of gamers and enthusiasts. Quality is non-negotiable in everything we do, from design to after-sales support. And finally, we are deeply committed to building and supporting the gaming community, whether through sponsorships, events, or direct engagement with our customers.

9 – Which 3 products from your line-up are you most excited about and why? These can be products that are already launched, or upcoming products.

You do ask the hard questions 😉

It’s hard to choose just three, but here goes:

• noblechairs EPIC – maybe even an oltimer now, but it was the beginning of a great journey, a fantastic brand and was a complete new thing on the market in 2016. The gaming world was impressed and excited and this was leading the way to many other products and brands within our group.

• HAVN HS420 – Not the regular fishtank. Curved glass of that size not seen on the market, sleek and living room compatible design, impressive size, great performance and attention to detail. My personal PC case and simply amazing.

• Nitro Concepts Sim Racing. Simply because it is something new to me, us and an experience that creates immersion. You basically do not need to get on a race track anymore to feel speed, wind (yes, with our immersion kit including the wind box!) and adrenaline. Most of us already have a potent PC, so a Sim Racing rig is nothing out of reach anymore. I can only recommend to try it out 😉

10 – Thank you very much for your time! We look forward to seeing new exciting developments from Pro Gamers Group in the future.

Thank you! It’s been a pleasure sharing our vision and updates with you. We’re excited for what the future holds and look forward to continuing to push the limits. Stay tuned!
