Asa cum spuneam, RTX 3050 este bazata pe nucleul GA106, in versiunea echipata cu 20 de SM-uri, adica 2560 procesoare de shader, 32 raster operations processors, 80 Tensor cores de a treia generatie si 20 RT Cores de a doua generatie.
Nucleul comunica cu 8192MB GDDR6 cu ajutorul unei magistrale de 128 de biti, memoria fiind tactata la 1750 MHz. De aceasta data insa, avem de-a face cu frecventa stoc comunicata de Nvidia, mai precis 1552MHz frecventa de baza si 1777MHz frecventa boost.
